"직원들도 친절하시고 가이세키가 정말 완벽했어요! 아침도 평소엔 밥 아예 안 먹는데 두 공기나 먹을 정도로 맛있는 한상차림 이었습니다. 노천탕 개인탙 할 것 없이 수질관리, 청소 모두 완벽하고 흠 잡을 곳 없었습니다. 본관 2층에서 머물렀는데 전 이용하진 않았지만 엘리베이터도 있습니다. 오타루항이 보이는 온천이 정말 매력적이었어요!!"

"家族４人（大人）でロフト付きの部屋を利用 働くスタッフ皆さんが笑顔で明るく接してくださりとても良い２日間を過ごさせて頂きました。 朝食、夕食共にお洒落でインスタ映えする内容でありつつ、お味の方もとても美味しかったです。 私は少食なので十分満足出来ましたが少食でない方は少し物足りなく感じるかもしれません。 周辺の観光地やお店等へのアクセスも良くとても良い立地だと思います。 お部屋も清掃が行き届いており、不快に感じるような点は皆無でした。 再度小樽を訪れる機会があればまた利用させて頂きたいと思えるホテルでした。"

"Almost perfect… except the Onsen, which is a key component of any ski holiday in Japan. The onsen was fantastic and we used it twice a day. However it was largely ruined by Chinese guests who disrespected Japanese culture - and all other guests using the onsen by getting straight into the bath without washing first. We were not the only guests who felt this. The signs and instructions for onsen use were in Japanese and English only. Need to have signs in Chinese too. "

"Great stay at My Ecolodge. The lodge is very new, clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is normal by Japanese standards (i.e. a tad small but comfortable anyway). Good WiFi connection. There is a ski storage room where you can leave your skis/boards and find them dry and warm the next morning. There is a coin laundry also. Although housekeeping is done just once a week, we didn’t miss it. The breakfast is simple but tasty and includes Japanese and Occidental...
