"Run down and overpriced - requesting an early check in for even just 1 oclock when check out is at 11 forget it - you can only check in at 3 - which is really late considering most check ins are at 2 over the whole island - the restaurant is over priced - and we literally saw one of their drop off men taking a leak on the side of the car where car drop offs are - oh and if your paying premium dollar a hot shower and NOT a luke warm shower is to be expected. "Staff were helpful when we checked in - said we could have a late check out - staff the next morning was rude and said we ddint have a late check out - tried to charge us - hung up on me, rude. Got woken up by the restaurant staff demanding us to sign for a bill at 11:30 that wasnt for us. Best buffet breakfast out of all of the 5 resorts we stayed at - best beach to relax out of all resorts we stayed at - but i rank it a 4 due to the feeling of being in a city not and paying over $1000nzd for...

"Our staying in Le Manumea was great, staff were awesome the room was amazing lot of space in the room, the style of the bathroom and toilet I love it. But everyone may have different opinions about like it. My daughter loves staying there. So well done to the staff they welcome us with smile and they were very helpful. The only thing that needs to be fix properly is the curtains, just a minor fix and the hot water that runs out quick. Otherwise my next trip, I’ll book to stay there for sure....

"The pool is very refreshing, the staff are nice and the a/c in the rooms are efficient. However... Despite boasting of having free and reliable wifi - it was not reliable and did not work from our room for the entire trip. We also had to request for our room to be cleaned and came back to no replacement towels, mats or wash cloths. The sheets are also very thin so walk with warm clothes or put the a/c temp. higher. It also gots $3 PER ITEM to do laundry so keep that in mind as well."

"The view and setting was great, and the beer and chips reasonably priced. The room was a concrete cell, with a lot of midges which were harmless. No free WiFi. Plumbing challenges mean mystery water splashes on the deck after upstairs flushes. On-property attractions like the river pools un-signposted so hard to find. No shampoo. Not terrible, but poor at the price point."
