The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. Just 5 minutes later after I booked the apartment with a 100USD payment, the property asked me to transfer the deposit via bank account with a debit card, or they won't send me the instruction to enter the property. "The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "
