"夜班staff super friendly and make me feel geniuenly welcomed. 我也喜歡logo bathrobe, coaster, slippers，早餐的 質感都很高級，在買酒不那麼方便的Malaysia 附屬餐廳的酒吧也能用還能接受的價格提供美味的葡萄酒（還用冰桶送到房間！）spa 的性價比也很棒，按摩師專業手技鬆柔放鬆，唯一小小奇怪的是我從境外訂一晚、入境訂一晚，兩晚價差250%！是否要用vpn 或請當地朋友預訂"

"Old furnishing, sofa, bedding and towels etc were sparse and looked very worn out. The apartment was not clean and floor was sticky we had to wear footwear during the stay. Checking in was easy, but note that the mailbox locks dont work so anyone can get in or out of your room easily and you will have no clue. Location is great. Parking is ample and great."

"The effing owner could not be reached via phone and I have no choice but to book another hotel room. Very very poor experience and very very disappointed with that. This owner is a scammer!!!"

"Infinity pool was mooi, kamer was ruim en schoon, nadeel is dat er enkel glas is, waardoor je zelfs op de 37ste verdieping last hebt van geluid van nabijgelegen snelweg."

"This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty.
The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The view was incredible, the price was amazing, and the cleanliness was probably the best I’ve seen in all of Indonesia or Malaysia. 10 out of 10 recommended."
