"Extremely spacious, well equipped clean rooms except a couple of the window areas. External stairwell had a lot of flying insects which was off putting (assume attracted inside from woods to the lights)"

"Great stat overall"

"Helpful stay and clean bathroom"

"The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. "Best Holiday Inn we've stayed in! We had a disabled access room and it was huge! Very clean. Absolutely most effective AC we've had in a UK hotel! Staff friendly. Hotel welcoming with free refreshments at reception. Breakfast good."

"We had a brilliant stay, the room was very clean, well appointed and had a beautiful bathroom. We also really loved the pool and spa. Highly recommend for a lovely relaxing stay."

"Nice new hotel but room had stains on the carpet and marks on the chair. Breakfast was good and staff are very friendly. Loads of parking as well."

"Beautiful old Inn. Lots of History! Staff was genuinely nice and helpful!"

"Warmly welcomed, staff all professional, friendly helpful. The atmosphere is peaceful, location stunning, loads to see in the area and wonderful walks. The grounds were fantastic to walk our dog , safe and secure.. plenty of wildlife. Will be even better when the Hide has been renovated . Bed was very comfortable and room spotless, food was good and well presented and breakfast was included in our deal . A very enjoyable visit , will be back soon"

"I enjoyed every thing about the hotel including services and warm welcome"

"Excellent accommodation"

"Staff were pleasant and helpful however nobody on reception when we checked out so unable to give feedback. Room was very dated and bath was so grubby that we wouldn't use it, the bit where you would stand for a shower had ingrained dirt in the grooves. Bed linen was ripped so the duvet was showing through. The headboard was stained."

"Very unique property and everyone really enjoyed the stay no issues to report and we were able to use all the facilities available"
