"The experience of our stay was AMAZING it is the high light of our trip to japan recommend staying there. the resort is modern and luxurious. the staff are kind and welcoming the service and hospitality was exceptional . room (lodge) size is big with view of mount fuji. the facilities areas (cloud area) is lovely and cozy with bonfire and indoor fireplace we enjoyed hanging out there. the resort offered various activities that i recommend booking in advance (pizza making, hiking, canoe, electric...

"We had a very nice time on our stay at this small quiet hotel. We had the Shikibu room and appreciated the spaciousness. It had an outdoor garden view as well as a separate private small outdoor onsen. The onsen looks tiny on first impression but it was nice and we enjoyed the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, and definitely get the breakfast. Amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful with transportation back to the train station....
