"Really amazing experience with Onsen and beautiful scenes from mount fuji"

"駐車は21時過ぎに到着したせいもあり、ホテル駐車場はいっぱいでしたが、地図付きメモで近くの施設を案内してくれ、一泊700円で利用できました。良かったです。 朝食のセレクションに満足です。インバウンドのゲストが2割ほどだったでしょうか。スタッフが「お部屋でも召しあがれます」と声をかけておられました。その配慮があると、ダイニング・スペースの混雑も緩和されて良いアイデアだと思います。英語でも、アナウンスや見える所に貼っておくなど、もう１つ工夫があるとインバウンド客にも伝わって良いと思います。インバウンド客は家族や友達とグループが多く、入ってきて混雑を見た途端に不安げな表情を皆さんされていて気の毒になりました。"

"The room was nice. The hotel has a great view as described and is so relaxing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing is it is in a bit of a food desert. The town is overcrowded and the hotel itself has very little food especially if the restaurant is booked. Highly recommend bringing food with you here. "

"SMOKING ROOM ASSIGNED IN THIS DAY AND AGE???? Small letters "smoking room" past my reading but WHO IN THE WORLD SELLS SMOKING ROOMS ????? FRONT DESK showed no emotions , empathy. Pathetic behaviour , not like most of Japanese people."

"Each room is an individual stand-alone container. Brand new facility and very clean/spacious for Japanese standard room. Cool thing is 7-11 is located immediately across the street (30 metres away)"

"Unfortunately, most of the amenities offered in room were not available. The room had a great view of Mt. Fuji but the booking was for 3 people and we had one small bed. The only amenities was the public onsen- which we did not need. We checked out within an hour of check in to another hotel. "

"基本的には富士山も見れて気持ち良く過ごせました！ ただ私はなるべく乾燥させたくないので暖房をつけず、寒すぎてほぼ眠れなかったです。 家ではぽかぽかの格好にしてるので、足首など出て布団一枚だと自分の体温が全く上がらずでした。 最終的に夫を起こして、同じ布団に入ってもらい、夫の布団もかけて２枚にして3時間弱位寝ました笑 他は朝食もたっぷり頂き、快適に過ごせました！ ありがとうございます！"
