"Excellent hotel, staff, lobby, breakfast, bed, clean room, shower, bar, location, safe place"

"Everything"

"Alles gut"

"Hotel was very clean. Staff were warm and welcoming. The eas a small misunderstanding during check in being told we did not need the parking ticket to leave the parking lot which is in fact not the case. The lady handling check out in the morning was very nice, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was understaffed given the amount of business during both breakfast and dinner. There shouod be more staff in thebrestaurant during both meal periods. The food was great and well prepared. Typical...

"The staff were nice, however we weren’t told that there is a separate building where breakfast is served. We were offered drink vouchers if we declined room service, but were not told that the bar is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so the vouchers were useless. The elevator was broken and we had to carry heavy luggage up multiple flights. There didn’t seem to be any effort to fix the elevator for the 3 days we were there. There’s no porter. The layout of the hotel is confusing, hgas there’s...

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was great (other than the odd headboards with the leather bump outs that made it hard to just sit up in bed). The shower was so nice. The breakfast was good with hot food. It is right next to a great little town that has good food as well you can walk too. This hotel is not close to Munich and caters to the corporations that surround it. You should probably rent a car if you stay here and want to go into Munich often. A taxi ride is about $100 to...

"Typical Marriott property. Clean and modern. Nice size room. One issue was that I was initially assigned a room that had not been made up. To make up for that they comped me an upgraded room. The other issue was that I had to return my rental car the day before my flight and had huge issues with the shuttle service. Eventually, I had to get a taxi to return to the hotel at more than twice the price of the shuttle."

"The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. Hallway carpets were old and dirty. My room did NOT have a smoke detector. Some features in room were dated and/or did not work. Convenient location!"

"Very helpful staff, great breakfast food, and close to airport/access to Munich. Great spot to stay if flying in for a few days or a short layover."

"Room is tidy and big enough for two people. Bathroom is clean and spotless. The airport shuttle pickup is a block away from the hotel. Overall, this hotel is conveniently located to the airport. Highly recommended."

"What a delightful little hotel. We were all exhausted coming off of the S-Bahn, took a taxi for 5 minutes instead of trudging with our stuff, and were nothing short of thrilled to be at such a cute final spot for our trip. Everything was excellent, and the front desk helped me organize my departure early in the morning, making everything so smooth. Nothing but kind things to say! We even got a final stein of Augustiner before heading out."

"Nice room, clean, modern. Access was simple and the staff was available to provide support."

"Overpriced, non-staffed hotel. You check in with an AI teller machine; an AI agent handles calls; no garden (as shown in the ad). We arrived at 7 PM in the dark, and there were no lights on, only a faded painted sign on the front of the building, nothing like the beautiful garden shown in the ad. We never saw a single flower in or around the building. Checking in, we were alone in a large, dark, empty building. You enter your full name into a single field. We typed in our last name first; it...
