"Me and my husband really like the place , it's clean, the size of the 2 bedroom are just right, 2 bathroom is always a plus. The location is close to many shops and Dartford train station. Smart TV in the living room and of course having a WiFi connection is always great. But for me the most important is having Adi is an excellent host. She is always ready to attend to all our needs. We will definitely comeback if we needed a place to stay in Dartford."

"Great location, very close to the tube. There are three supermarkets close by and bars and restaurants if you want to go out. Very clean and well appointed and good soundproofing in the bedrooms so we didn't need to listen to the teenagers' noise! We could have done with an additional fan so that there was one for each room as it was very hot in London while we were there. Unfortunately there was no microwave either and no sharp knife for cutting, just cutlery knives."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Gran ubicación! Cerca de todo y con excelente conectividad cercana con Metro y demás. El Servicio, excepcional, fuera de lo común ! Personal sumamente bien capacitado, en todos los sentidos para dar un gran servicio. Los cuartos, hay buenos y malos, sino están en la parte nueva, los otros están viejos y chicos. El hotel si es un laberinto por estar en un edificio de muchos años, cómo es normal en Londres, pero fuera de eso, lo demás excespional."

"Ya es la sexta o séptima vez que vamos a este hotel. Es céntrico, está al lado del British Museum y muy cerca de Oxford Street. Zona muy tranquila y una parada de metro justo en la calle de abajo. En el hotel son cordiales y amabilísimos. Esta última vez, en plena ola de calor, nos cambiaron de habitación a una más fresca sin problema."
