"Easy after hour check in!"

"Balcony was covered in bird poo and not usable. Triple room too small for a family of four. Quite expensive for what it was. Ground floor units look twice the size but weirdly less beds it seems. Could see how a ground floor unit with mooring would be amazing in summer if you have a boat, although the lake has limited beaches compared to Wanaka."

"We spent a week there and overall it was pretty good. Having a kitchen was handy, allowed us to make our own breakfast and dinners which saved from eating out all the time. Unfortunately, daily cleaning wasn’t up to scratch, often they didn’t replace bathroom mats, face towels and some kitchen food sanitation essentials. The kitchen closed at 5pm so you would have to make sure to place your orders before 4.30pm for pick up by 5pm. There was a lot of construction, which I assume would be great...

"Expensive but unique. Great accommodation and nearby F&B options, including 10 minutes drive to Wanaka. Great for regional travel and right on the lake. May be too expensive for many for more than one night but worth the stretch for something very different. Unfortunately due to traffic issues we had to leave before breakfast but others highly rate that."

"The room was clean and very quaint! The owners were very nice and gave interesting insight into the wine making process in the valley. They made us feel right at home, and even gave us a few pieces of amazing fruit they had picked that day! The tasting they offer is a must-try; they’re doing things with wine nobody else is, and it works! The hot pools are also a fantastic way to relax after a long hike! The glass room in the olive grove feels like a portal directly to the Tuscan countryside!"
