"Spur of the moment booking. Absolutely made the best choice! Location is a short and fairly easy walk to town. Slight hill but nothing too major. Check in was amazing, we were so well looked after by the lovely lady at reception, top notch service. Room was huge! Had every heating amenity you could think of! Beautiful view from the room. They have a spa that overlooks the lake and Remarkables that you can book at the front desk, ask for extra towels. Only slight downsides, sink in bathroom...

"We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand). Everything is very clean and modern, with staff services being superb! The view of the Remarkables (ski field) from our living room was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to stay in Queenstown, 👍 👌 😀 and we'll be definitely...

"All good"

"The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness."

"The dryer sounded like a plane engine taking off and it vibrated the room and was so loud i thpught we would get complaints, it did not even dry our clothes after being on for 2-3hrs"

"Awful experience – do not recommend. Our two-night stay was incredibly disappointing, especially for what we paid. When we first checked in, our room smelt like a public urinal. The smell was absolutely revolting and made the room almost unbearable to stay in. Staff did arrange for a plumber to inspect it, but the issue couldn’t be fixed, and because the hotel was fully booked we were told there was nothing more they could do that night. We had no choice but to spend our first night in a room...

"Good heating"

"Pros: good size with all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony view was amazing. There are pools and games rooms for guests to use. Cons: parking was a bit messy and the garage was too small for a 7-seater. Kitchen would be better if there was a bit of kitchen supplies such as kitchen towels and oil. Would not recommend booking for a 3-bedroom place if you had heavy suitcases."

"The room was good. But it was way too hot, we had to turn the aircon on to sleep. This is in the middle of winter and it’s freezing outside. The room also had a lot of noise from pipes and their heating system. bed needs upgraded as it’s hard."

"Room was a little small as nowhere but bed to sit on . There was a communal zone of kitchen and lounge however . Would say a great place for groups to go as you have private room and bathroom and big communal area , also bakery , pub , supermarket and bottle shop right there"

"The toilet paper was like sandpaper, the towels were so small. The TV was in a smart TV a small TV under the room that could be improved.. the Internet was terrible"
