"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. "Communication was lacking with the host due to e-mail issues. I found this part of the process stressful as the reason for the trip was very important personal family reasons. VRBO were not much help and advised if we arrived and couldnt get access, to call them and they would make alternative arrangements. Hard to see how they would have rehomed 4 adults and a dog at such short notice. Finally got the access code from the host 24 hours before the trip. Upon arrival everything was as described...
