"We stayed for a week over Christmas. The room was clean, comfy and fairly modern. The staff were amazing; helpful and respectful every time we spoke to them. The breakfast was good; selection of cereals, yogurts, fruit and pastries for a light breakfast. Sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and beans if you wanted something hot. Overall, excellent value for money!"

"The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. "Where do I start. I've spoken and complained to staff. I want a refund. If someone had said I'd get my money back to book somewhere else i would have. Arrived to a boiler not working. Eventually after several calls the maintenance man arrived. We had to show him how to fix it. Even he admitted the place smelt of drains and the fridge smelt so badly even he agreed it was eye watering. There are no lampshades in any room. The maintenance man said they'd be stolen. Not true I checked the estate...
