"Hotel is in good location. Close to rail station and verious bus stop, restaurants etc. I arrived early and my room was ready so that was great 👍 and I was really happy about it. The problem is that building is closed during the day and no one around to help if something goes wrong. When I made the booking there was no mention on the booking page about about difficulties I may have. The reason given was not enough room on the expedia page. "A very old flat, like the others around, quite historical really, which has been modernised to a reasonable standard. All clean plus it had all the equipment needed, even an iron and drying rack. Disadvantage is the steep 20 concrete steps leading up to it."

It was nice to have cold water in the fridge and a piece of chocolate in the room upon arrival- nice treat, no charge. We found the bed a little hard and the room warm. The staff brought us a fan so sleeping was much better."
