"Beyond disappointed. My original room was very dirty and the walls were all scuffed up. I complained and a nice gentlemen gave me 10% for one night and moved me to a “renovated” room. "We liked the space that the apartment had and the location of the property. The apartment was very quiet and had all the amenities we needed including the kitchen area. We also liked the garden at the back of the property. We will book again when we come back to Ulverston."
