"We got the grand room and the room given was the last room available when we check in - corner & low floor. Upon entering, the room was so warm, it was already 9pm. The aircon does produce cold wind but several hours later the room is still warm and won’t stay cold despite the biggest fan speed and lowest temperature. Was sweating in the middle of the night."
