"We were skeptical about the stay as this is our first time staying at Somerset. It turned out everything was perfect! The location was very convenient and central, just 5 mins walk to Legoland and the medirini mall. We had the 2 room unit and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. "The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. "

"Enjoyed the free boat ride to and return from the chalet as it is situated at truly the final end of the village from the jetty. The room condition was okay, good enough for a decent stay by four persons. WiFi was not existed so you have to rely on your own data but the signal was a bit weak. Overall, worth a stay."
