"We booked a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues and Chloe called me to say all was organised but when we booked in on the Saturday afternoon was told no ground rooms were available so my wife had to struggle up and down stairs all weekend. We were told when we checked in it was bad luck for us. Staff not very helpful or friendly so we decided not to get meals at the hotel "

"夫婦でお世話になりました。 素晴らしいウォータービューとパディメロンが訪れるガーデンビューで想い出深い滞在となりました。 私は英語が話せないので、オーナーの方と多くは話せず後悔しておりますが、そんな私たちでも、にこやかに温かく迎えてくださり、幸せで満たされた時間を過ごせました。夫は眼鏡を誉められ、喜んでおりました。 ちょうど息子さんが日本の長野へスキーを楽しみに行っていると伺い、日本から来た私達はうれしく思いました。さらには、翌日の朝食時にお箸を用意してくださり、感激いたしました！ 朝食も出来立てほかほかで、おいしくいただきました。 フルーツやヨーグルトなども用意されていましたが、おなかがいっぱいになってしまい、食べきれなかったです。 お部屋のインテリアやアメニティも素敵でした。 趣のある建物ですが、水廻りは新しめでとても快適でした。 また是非泊まりたいです。上手に表現できませんが、お部屋、設備、サービスのひとつひとつにオーナーさんの心遣いが感じられ、今もずっと温かい気持ちにさせてくれています。 "

"I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I hope this saves someone from the headache and inconvenience we experienced. The actual condition of the property is far from what is pictured. It is dilapidated, dirty, and unfit for rental. There were dead bugs all over inside and a live scorpion, stains in the carpet, and the pantry had dirty empty containers. "Highly recommend Channel Cabin if you are planning a day trip to Bruny Island. It is just a short drive away from the ferry in Kettering.
