"Over multiple stays at this property over the past 5 months, it has been consistently great, so much so that I noticed a minor quirky glitch that I probably would not have surprised me at a lesser place. Will stay here every time I need an east-west overnight passing through Indiana. Its high rating is well deserved."

"The property was conveniently located near I-70. Several restaurants nearby. Room was clean,and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the standard fare. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles with a couple other foods, yogurt, muffins, etc."

"Unfortunately, upon check-in, we found that the toilet seat was unsanitary, with visible stains and marks, making it clear that it had not been cleaned properly. This was very disappointing and immediately put a damper on our stay. We contacted the operator, and she came in and cleaned the toilet, which we appreciated. However, after the toilet incident, we honestly felt uncomfortable and were no longer able to relax and enjoy the room as we had planned."

"Bed bugs in upstairs bedroom!!!Unfortunately we had a terrible experience both during and following our stay. During the stay the air conditioning was not functioning properly and we were forced to use portable AC units that didn’t get the temperature below 78 in the house.Three people sleeping upstairs had bed bug bites and upon searching the two beds we found numerous bugs. We promptly made the property owner aware of the situation and requested our stay be refunded due to the inconvenience...
