"Check in was easy as well as check out. Rooms could have been cleaner there was dust and some dirt on the walls and ceiling I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation but for a night after a concert I might again. Room service was nice"

"We were not told of the Spa's many days closed. This was annoying, esp. since we had asked when we inquired about staying there. We were not sure why hours have become so restricted. On the other hand, our room was outstanding. We ate at the hotel more than planned. You waste a lot of food, by overfilling plates."

All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. 3/5"

"Nice having EV chargers, however 1 Tesla took up a spot for over 72hrs. So hard to use this perk. "

"Parking online says $8 per day. I was charged $24 per day. Found a teeth flosser in spare bed. Also had to ask for pillow case for spare bedding didn't include one. Had to ask housekeeping for a shampoo as they had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner in the shower."

"I did not feel safe staying here. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was not much left of a lumpy mattress. The walls were so thin I didn’t get much sleep. A homeless guy in a wheelchair was right outside my door when I left one time."
