"Cute cottages! This is a nice property. Modern and clean. Convenient and easy check-in. Looks very family friendly although we were on a quick girls trip to Round Top. The only thing to know is the lofts are not full height. Fine for kids, a little difficult for adults. But it served its purpose just fine. "

"This house is fantastic! Michael and Jeanie have done a wonderful job of keeping its historic charm, while also updating the main areas. The kids were intrigued by the "big box with a screen in it" (console TV/radio cabinet) and the laundry chute on the second floor.There was enough room (and then some) for our group of seven adults and four kids. "It's such a charming cottage and was perfect for us to just get away and chill. Very nicely furnished and decorated. The sofa and bed were quite comfy, something u don't always get. Washer/Dryer helped us pack fewer clothes. Owner was great, very communicative, accommodating and helpful with food suggestions. We loved the porch and spent every morning and evening there. Would 100% return."

"Simple rules: Don't rearrange furniture, put trash in outside bin, & lock-up when leaving.
Not bombarded with "do this," "don't do that" signs.
No hidden fees. No surprises.
Self check-in & check-out.
Lots of room. Very comfortable.
Good shower.
Very reasonable price.
Pretty rural farming area.
This was our best experience with a short-term rental.

"Very relaxing. The home was a blessing to my family. Very clean and comfortable. Everything in home was done with character and love. Would recommend anyone to experience what this host has provided. Cannot wait to come back this way and see the progress on the beautiful laid out pond adjacent to property. You can tell they have great pride in their presentation of "being home". Thank you."
