"It's such a charming cottage and was perfect for us to just get away and chill. Very nicely furnished and decorated. The sofa and bed were quite comfy, something u don't always get. Washer/Dryer helped us pack fewer clothes. Owner was great, very communicative, accommodating and helpful with food suggestions. We loved the porch and spent every morning and evening there. Would 100% return."

"Excellent and quick responses! Newer home, in a great, quiet location. Nice view of the little lake behind the house, thru the large glass windows and sliding door. I LOVED the large screen tv that I was able to watch some football games on! Very clean and roomy and a two car garage was nice. Is definitely on our list to rent again on our next trip to College Station!"

"Loved my stay! The house was very comfortable and clean. Everything thing worked great from the coffee pot to the a/c. If i had any complaints,it would be the strret light from the park next door shines in the master bedroom really bad. Maybe drapes instead of shades and the master bed was a little to hard. I didnt think it was when i first sat on it but it was hard. I would definitely stay again though. Brady was very nice and accommodating!"
