"Had a great stay. No complaints"

"I stay at this hotel twice a year. It is well-maintained and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and I appreciate their concern for my requests."

"First room, no heat. second room, No heat control. Third room heat but tramatized me for awhile... cockroach infestation.
