In today's world, with the focus on customer satisfaction, the worse thing that can happen is to be surprised as a customer. There was a complete lack of transparency regarding pricing. We were surprised to learn that the room we selected did NOT have two double beds. It had a double and a twin. This was explained away as an "Expedia" issue. Further, we entered the number of guests (5) - Parents, 2 teenagers, a child. We had to pay a surcharge for our 5th guest. Again, explained away as an "Expedia" issue. We completed all of the Expedia forms online. Somehow the hotel's inability to capture these details lead to both a disappointing sleeping experience (why you stay at a hotel) and increased costs. The "Manager" could do nothing but ensure we paid these increased costs. NEVER stay here again.
