"This was a celebration for my Niece's Birthday. My daughter lives in Sacramento and joined us. This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. This is not a stand alone house. There are three apartments grouped together. It was clean and comfortable. "

"The location worked well and has dedicated parking. The apartment has been created from part of a larger house that has tenants, and you can hear them, including kids, running around and talking. The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. "This property was interesting. Clean and very conveniently located to downtown and attractions. Everything worked as expected. Keypad entry to the house. The entire upstairs was the master suite which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. "The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run!
