"I would give this property a negative star if I could. Our family of 14 booked this house for a family wedding in Roseville, and upon arrival, we were shocked to find the place completely unsanitary. There were piles of dog poop on the dining room rug, no toilet paper, and the linoleum in the bathroom had missing parts. "First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...
