"Overall, it was a good rental. The place itself, clean and roomy. Full kitchen which I didn’t take advantage of. It was quiet and peaceful. There is someone living above but the very occasional floor thumping (not loud or late) was not an issue. Good stuff. - location was perfect for me. If you want to explore downtown, it’s perfect. Casey’s is a minute away by car for coffee and gas. Corer both for breakfast is a 2 minute walk. Nothing special food wise but certainly decent. - it is roomy and...

"This is the most uncomfortable place we've ever had to stay as far as a cabin goes I'm so glad I did not bring my mother as she would not been able to even walk on the floor. Trying to find the cabin was another hole scenario. Trying to find out how to even get to the cabin or get into the cabin was terrible we left a day early"

"Our family of 6 headed to Arkansas for a family float trip. We loved the location! Great proximity to food, floats, and not too far from grocery stores. I LOVE the carport! Made getting in and out less stressful when it was raining. Also keep the car cooler on those hot sunny days. I read through reviews before checking in and thought I’d clear some things up.Water pressure is awesome. "Easy check in. Property is right in Cherokee Village, which made it convenient when visiting a scout at Kia Kima. The creek is the property highlight. Very peaceful to sit back there. Didn't use the firepit on this short trip, but it's a nice feature as well. Would definitely use it on a longer visit and/or in colder weather."

"The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The frame in the spare room had no support bars so the mattress fell through when you sat on it. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere and half the paint decor in the kitchen was missing. Just needs some general TLC. The unit didn’t get below 78 until about 2-3am. But, the host was accommodating to us checking in early."
