"We were in town for the Folk Festival and had a great weekend. The owners are next door and were quick to answer any questions we had. The bath is very tiny, which wasnt a problem, but be aware that the only sink & mirror is in the kitchenette. The map indicates the cabin is right behind the courthouse and thats the main reason we chose it because we could walk around the main part of town and not worry about parking. But the location is actually several blocks away. It is a walkable distance...

"We planned and attended a wedding at Blanchard Springs area. My father is 92 and loves the river. He enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watch the river roll by. The view was beautiful. This property was very clean, modern, and elegant. The bedrooms were very comfortable. I would recommend this property for a larger family. All 8 of us enjoy the stay."

"We loved this property! It was our Anniversary weekend and we truly enjoyed the quiet. We saw several different birds, and was visited by the cows everyday. Country store provided us with a wonderful pizza. Blanchard springs caverns was just a little ways down the road and very convenient. Hope to stay here on future visits to the area."

"The most enjoyable thing we did at the cabin was sit on the porch and listen to the rain. It's a great spot for peace and quiet. "This tiny house was immaculately clean and exactly as described by the owner. It was just a few minutes from downtown and from Blanchard caverns.
