Very friendly staff. Felt like I was welcomed by old friends. Centrally located in town, easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores. Easy on site parking. Large rooms with comfortable beds.

Room and sheets were clean. Shower curtain and towels rack was falling off the wall. Hole in the ceiling looked like a plumbing repair. Check in was friendly, but please do not announce my room number out loud.

I was told room had all amenities, but had to ask for refrigerator, no microwave. On website states a pool, nope..our toilet wouldn't flush right. Had to use plunger.they only had one other booking. Wouldn't change are room, plenty empty. Was non smoking wanted smoking.

The rooms were dirty and I have seen mattresses on the side of the road calmer. We had to buy plastic and put on the bed and use our blankets and pillows. We sprayed for bugs and bed bugs. And now they are trying to charge us twice

Staff was helpful. Room was in great need of work. Obviously neglected for far too long. The overall appearance of the entire place was that of a run down business that has not kept up with standards and expectations of what we believe most people like. I would never recommend it to anybody.

I was booked for 2 nites, when I went to my room half the lights did not work, the tv on all channels was fuzzy and had lots of static. I went to the office they were very nice but could not give me another room stating they were full. They could not give me a refund. I checked out immediately. Expedia also would not give me a refund , only a $50 credit toward my next triip. Now I am out $208

The lady for check in was great. However we got there with my 11 month old after 2pm for check in and our room was not ready. The bathroom had caulking done on it but was moldy, the shower head was barely higher than me and I’m 5’4 and my husband is 6’2. I refused to put my baby in there for a shower with the issues. They said they couldn’t check us in earlier because they had one house keeper and wanted time to cool the room as well. Our room was super hot with the ac off. Not ideal for an infant. Also they toiletries on the body was pretty much empty. The property was in poor shape and for breakfast they had one tiny muffin, a few slices of bread and cereal. It is worth noting the milk they had was from July 08 (expired over 9 days) and they had no other milk. I’ve stayed in some bad motels but this one was the worst. No fridge or coffee maker as stated on the website (but had stuff to make coffee). The ac and exhaust fan were full of dirt and I had a hard time breathing without coughing. The property was not in great shape and you would think it was abandoned. We could not get out of there quick enough and was glad we only had a one night stay. It was close to the caverns but I would drive further away to stay in a more maintained property. Location was great but the stay was not. I could over look some things but this was more of a health concern. Additionally the doors had a major gap and was sealed letting all types of bugs in and the ac out. Would not recommend.

Bed bugs. Stay away…unless you’re into that sort of thing. And breakfast was a joke. Don’t bother.

Breakfast bar was extremely terrible. Cereal was extremely stale. I was told by the front desk to go to another place to eat breakfast. Then after the first night we had left a little mess on the sink of coffee grounds and it was still there when we came back to the room. The lighting was extremely poor and it was in the evening. On our final day I opened the door and seen the dirty walls and it appears there is a signs on of black mole where the roof and wall meet. Final problem is the wifi and TV were extremely poor. . I will be in sending a complaint to their corporate office

One room was okay but I didn't stay in that one so I don't know how good it was. One of the rooms had a smokey smell, stains on the cabinet doors in the bathroom, and random spots on the wall that I don't want to know about. I turned on a light in the middle of the night and a bug ran back under the rubber baseboard trim. Thankfully the bed sheets and pillows were all clean so we were able to get some sleep before we left. The 6am breakfast hadn't been put out at 6:20am and part of it was an already opened container of mini muffins. Instead of a relaxing morning my wife was ready to go at 6:30AM. The rooms were $72 because it was the 4th of July and I later saw they are normally $50 rooms. They had mentioned they were sold out and had been turning people away but the place was nowhere near capacity so I would expect many rooms aren't in use, maybe these rooms weren't normally in use and were opened to fit some more travelers? Maybe that's why they were in the condition they were? Hard to say but we won't be staying there again.

The place needs to be condemned until plumbing issues are resolved. Also needs major repairs on structures such as walls - This place needs MAJOR MAJOR work and should be closed until then

We didn’t get the room we reserved due to no A/C. The desk clerk was high on something when trying to check in, could hardly understand her. Same way checking out. Observed her stumbling in the washer/dryer area. Room had live spiders in curtains, dead bugs in bathroom floor and hair on back of toilet tank. The whole property is very run down.

It's also available in gummy soft juice.The room was okay. There are cop wipes all across the ceiling.The curtains are shredded on the outside ofo on the inside.They look decent. There is no phone in the room.The blow dryer that is there does not work.The toilet proceeded to run off and on all night long as if it was being flushed.And when I say off and on, every twenty minutes. On a positive note the front desk staff was very helpful very friendly Very enthusiastic and responsive, when we asked for an iron, they brought me one.Although it didn't heat up, they were very apologetic, and truly seemed to want to make things better. All that being said I would not return to this location.
