"Great place to stay at Higgins Lake!! The house is clean & updated and feels like home - all the amenities you need, and then some, plus an amazing view!Everything was clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed it!One note for guests - bring water shoes for going in the lake out past the owner's boat. Couldn't be happier with our stay - it was awesome and the owners were responsive and gave all the necessary information. Seamless check-in, stay, and check-out.We loved it!"

"The Roost was perfect for our family gathering! Our daughter was getting married, and we were hosting family at the cabins. Everyone had their own space with the individual cabins. The main cabin is very spacious and has everything you need. The three smaller cabins are adorable and it allowed everyone to have their own space. We all enjoyed the fire pit, that was our favorite place to just sit and enjoy the beautiful lake. The kids enjoyed the game room and shuffleboard, plenty for them to...

"Beautiful place!!! Tranquil is Spot-on! We all enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub and the boys did some fishing. Very clean, spacious and very comfortable for all 11 of us. Joe was available at all times for any questions we had and super helpful. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed and we will keep it on our Favorite List! thank you, The Schering Family"

"I used 'waterfront' in the search criteria so that I could check out a place where we could anchor our boat during summer vacation. This property has limited 'lake access' but is not a boat-friendly waterfront property."

"This was a return trip to the area after close to 30 years and we really enjoyed our time. The house itself is in a lovely secluded location and full of amenities. The host was amazing and communication was excellent. The surrounding area was full of great places to eat and drink too. So happy that the fond memories we have of this location remain the same after 3 decades. Will definitely stay at this house again for our next trip!"
