"Very clean, very nice location. I booked the Adams cottage for 1 night. I attended a conference at the Garland Resort on May 9 & 10. I paid $140 plus tax for a total of $159.29. Terms and conditions said there could be additional fees for missing items, extra than normal cleaning, pets, etc. I was there one night, used one face cloth and one towel. I didn't use the stove or grill. I placed my trash and 2 recycle bottles in the containers on the porch when I left. I was charged another $111.32...

"Simple rustic cabin in the north woods. Hunting theme was nice with funny pictures throughout - definitely Michigan. No one else was around while we were there. Easy drive, bike, snowmobile, or walk to Bear Lake across the street and through the woods. Previous comments mentioned no guardrails in the loft; they definitely fixed that with a sturdy railing. The outhouse is far enough away to control the smell but still easy to get to with lots of lighting at night. There is a shower and sink...

"We were up for a few days for the Sno' Drift Rally. Arrived to the house later than we thought we would (9pm-ish). The owner greeted us on one of those fancy door bell things and was kind enough to walk us through getting in. After the long day we had (we got up at 3am) their assistance was very much appreciated. The house was spotless and very nice. The neighborhood was absolutely quiet. Sadly we were to busy to venture into the garage and play pool. It's on our list of things to do next year...

"We had a great time! My Daughter and her friends enjoyed the hot tub and watching TV and movies. The Wii was a nice touch, they really enjoyed playing that. We brought our dog with us and the cabin was very pet friendly. The Host had dog treats and coffee cake to welcome us. This is a very clean, adorable, beautiful place to have a little getaway. Thanks again for a great trip!!"
