"This was a four unit Condo. We had a lower room. You could literally walk out the back door to the Rio Grand river 30 feet away. Room was well stocked with plenty of room. Owner lives next door and was very nice. Was surprised that the room had a full size washer and dryer. Only items we had concern with was the loud furnace and foot traffic noise from above unit. We would rent this unit again though."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lobo Lodge! It exceeded our expectations. The view from the back of the house is lovely, the location is great, the property was clean and well decorated. Communication with management prior to the visit was timely and friendly.We had two families with 8 children between us and the sleeping arrangements were just what we needed.We would definitely stay at this home again when in South Fork!"

We loved the kitchen layout , we enjoying many good visits in the hot tub and the location and view on the river was breathtaking. Late talks around the fire pit table were priceless . "We enjoyed our stay, the unit is as described. It’s a good size and in good condition. The best part was the balcony and view. Improvements would only be, more blankets, a plug for the tub for baths, mounting the TV so guests could enjoy the fireplace, more comfortable mattress, and new ice trays. Very minor items. Over all a very nice place at a great price. "

"The house was perfect for our family. Being able to ride utvs right from the house was a bonus. The house was exactly as described and we didn't find anything wrong with it. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals and we are a family of homemade meals. Check in was simple get the code and go inside and start enjoying. We would rent again and there are several lakes close by for fishing, win win!!"

"This is an established older cabin located away from Main Street in South Fork. The property has a nice new hot tub. Bedrooms are very spacious. One bedroom has an extremely tall bed that really needs to have a bench or stepstool to be able to get in the bed. The other bedroom has a large king size bed, large closet, and plenty of space. The living room/dining room have everything you need. Our only complaints - the kitchen was not very clean, the refrigerator had a smell and the kitchen floor...

"The cabin was very easy to find & hosts communicated often. Cabin was very clean and ample supplies: linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We loved the outdoor space on the river with several chairs and lounge for outdoor seating. "
