"We had a fantastic stay at Kristin’s cozy cottage. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I frankly feel I owe her a hand written thank you note because it felt like I was staying at a friend’s home not a vacation rental. If you want a cozy, clean cottage to come home to, a comfy bed and a well equipped kitchen, Kristin’s home is perfect. I would do it all over again and recommend highly to a friend."

"Listing was very accurate, clean and with items necessary for the stay. The location was 9 minutes from Duke University Hospital which is what we needed but not in a neighborhood but rather on an exceptionally busy main artery. Parking suitable for only two vehicles and was difficult to navigate in order to drive out. The house sits considerably lower than the street and due to infrastructure the bottom of the vehicle was scraped each time we exited. No ceiling fans in the house, odd for NC....
