"This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

"My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners."

"Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep. Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!"

"Property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We came when it was very hot outside but the A/C worked great. Very well stocked and love how everything was labeled. Anytime I sent a message to the host, I quickly received a response. The master is upstairs so must be okay with stairs. The 2 bedrooms with queen beds are downstairs and were perfect for our teen girls. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants, do not miss the Hatch burritos for breakfast...
