"The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry "

"Great, pet-friendly property. Right across from NCSSM, great for walking your dog. Felt very safe at all hours. Very quiet (people mentioned the train whistle but it was way in the distance and barely noticeable; same with the street traffic.) Apartment had such old fashioned charm; high ceilings, old (covered up) fireplace in one bedroom. The only issue was with people in the upstairs apartment, could hear every footstep and lots of creaking, but they were only there one night. Owner thought of...

"My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean.
