"The hotel was in a great location. Could walk to several restaurants and beaches. The staff kept the hotel very clean. Unfortunately our room was basically in the lobby so very noisy at times. The door to our room was very hard to open. Did not expect the sundeck and pool to be on different floors. We were promised two free drinks but it was actually BOGO which is not the same!"

"Very tired and old hotel, despite the steep prices. Not charming at all. Feels more like a 2 star outdated hotel. Old and stained carpets, vending machines that do not work. Also found hair on our bath tub, in a very crammed bathroom. The positive point is the location and adjacent parking. Still not worth about $850/night for two double beds."

"Location across the street from beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Pool and hot tub inside if weather doesn’t cooperate and outdoor hot tub on roof with beautiful views. Convenient breakfast with many options set up each morning."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this property. From the outside, it doesn’t appear particularly inviting, but the interior has been nicely renovated and is modern and well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Our only criticism is the lack of sound insulation between rooms. Even light noises from neighboring rooms were easily audible, which occasionally impacted the overall comfort of the stay."

"A $600-a-Night House of Horrors After what was clearly an expensive renovation, it's hard to believe anyone actually spent a night in these rooms before approving the design. The result looks modern but is amazingly impractical. The bathroom sink is tiny, but the real problem is the metal shelf welded to the mirror only about 12 inches above it. You literally can't lean over to wash your face or spit after brushing your teeth without hitting your head. The shelf also makes it impossible to...
