"The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! "

"We had a great stay here! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is about a 20-25 minute walk to the busy part of Newport so we walked it most of the time but did need the occasional Uber. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. "

"Lou is a fantastic host. He’s kind, communicative and accommodating. I was traveling for work, photographing a wedding in Newport. The cottage was not overly fussy but was perfectly stocked with thoughtful touches and the bed was SO comfy. I loved the location for the ease with which I could get to town, but the removed quiet as well. "This charming two bedroom home in Portsmouth was the perfect getaway for my friends and I. Newly renovated with an amazing view of the water. The house was cozy, cute, and clean. The homeowners provided us with everything that we would need for our stay. Communication with the homeowner was excellent and constantly updated us about the home. If I come back to Portsmouth, I would love to stay here again!"

"Having two bedrooms in the heart of Newport was perfect! Walking distance to everything, including a CVS and emergency room. Yes, we ended up walking to the ED and got amazing service. In and out in 45 mins!!! Very clean, nice bedrooms, and great combined kitchen, living area. If you like a nice pillow, bring your own. But an easy fix. Highly recommend "

"Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill....

"We were very impressed with this property. So many rooms to spread out in with TVs in all those places. Beautiful scenery with water views. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get over to the road to Newport or Falls River, MA. We got to Cape Cod, Falmouth, and Martha's Vineyard with ease. "
