"Mi familia y yo estamos viajando por más de un mes entre los diferentes estados de USA y este hotel es el peor en el que nos hemos hospedado, la habitación olía muy mal y las paredes de los baños estaban sucias y desgastadas, somos una familia de 4 pero solo había tres toallas y una mini botella de shampoo, cuando pedimos más en la recepción las caras que nos dieron fue tan vergonzoso; no hay wifi y tampoco hay un escritorio o mesa donde puedas trabajar o comer, durante la noche me desperté porque sentía demasiada comezón en mi cuerpo, así que supuse que tal vez algún mosquito me picó pero sorpresa eran chinches en la cama. Todavía no termina nuestro viaje y tengo mi cuerpo lleno de picaduras. Definitivamente has casi a las críticas de este hotel es horrible, sucio y el precio es ridículo. "

"Great location and quiet area. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was ok, all clean and fresh. Excellent service from people in front desk or reception, especially Christian. He did a great welcome to us. The only sour moment we had was at the end when we were leaving on Monday morning. My daughter decided last minute going to the public restroom in the first floor. There was a hotel employee cleaning the women restroom and that adult started calling ugly “names” in spanish to my daughter when she tried to get a feminine towel from the dispenser. My daughter is bilingual, and understood very well everything that the adult told her. It was not very nice and very unprofessional. My wife was really upset but we decided not making any scene and just leave the property. Really sad that all the nice work from other employees and good customer service is lost for one person that is not very happy for what she is doing at work, and a minor ends paying for her frustrations. We still love the property and service. We are going back!!"
