"While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "

"Stayed at the cabin here. Has a tiny home vibe. Great location, excellent value for a family with small kids. They loved hanging out in the loft. My boy loves the Movie "Cars" and this place has a "Tow'Mater." The town of Williams has good food and a cool vibe. The pool was under maintenance which was a bummer. Still a great value!"

"Very nice unit. The 1 br was a bit small for 3, but would have been ideal for 2. Nice location, nice pool and hot tubs. Quiet location with views. Easy drive into Sedona. I highly recommend. My only criticism is that we had to wait (about 20 minutes?) to get a parking pass from the time share sales staff. This could have been given by the check-in staff. Otherwise, it was wonderful!"

However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue. "We stayed one night while driving through and got in pretty late around 10 pm. The iPad check in outside made it super easy to get our room without any hassle. The place was really clean, which we appreciated after being on the road all day. For the price it was definitely worth it. Simple, easy stay and we’d come back if passing through again"
