However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue. "Dated studio cabin with amazing views! Cozy cabin was perfect for me ,my 10yr old son and two dogs. Having the Coconino National forrest as your backyard was great. "

"Very clean cabin with all needed amenities. Decor is excellent. Log and wood decor. Enjoyed outdoor firepit both evenings. Recommend have AWD vehicle as road up to cabin from Crown King is rough. Excellent experience. "
