"Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints!"

"This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...

Upon arrival, we discovered it was extremely dirty, with noticeable dog hair (or some other type of hair) embedded in the bedding and mattress area. "This cabin is so wonderful. It still has cabin charm, but is updated in many ways as well. The plants inside are real!!! It is well maintained and comfortable. The view is absolutely gorgeous too. Such a calm place. Unfortunately, we had to leave after only one night due to a medical emergency at home, but we will absolutely book again!"
