"We arrived in Kokomo on a bitter cold Christmas Eve during a blizzard. The desk clerk was friendly but I was advised that the facility is no longer pet friendly. We were traveling with our small dog. Nevertheless I was told we could stay with the dog for an additional $15+tax. (The booking site said the pet fee was $10/night.) "The place served it's purpose, there was a leak under the kitchen sink we didn't kniw was there till we got back one night and the property manager didn't call back till a few houra later. They have poison Ivy growing on the fence in the back yard so I couldn't let the kids out there to play, not to mention the gates on the fence don't work.
