Welcoming up to 12 guests in our 3-bedroom house in charming Kokomo!
- Kokomo is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests find two queen beds and several twin beds, perfect for a restful night. The house features 1.5 bathrooms, including a extra deep bathtub to unwind after a day of exploring. Large comfy living room and upper level gaming room (access to the upper level is through the green room), the upper level boasts a reading nook with lots of books and games and work area and offers a lot of extra space for just hanging around, with futons and extra trundle twin beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. Heating and AC keep the environment pleasant no matter the season. Whether relaxing in the cozy living areas or enjoying some quiet time inside or on the porch or in the sunroom, this fabulous home provides a welcoming retreat. Make your stay one for the books with a stay at our place.

The house was amazing, the host was very upfront and communicated very well. Had everything we needed and then some. Love the fact that we could park in the driveway and street side. House is very easy to get to right off of a main road. We will definitely stay there again when we are up that way visiting.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and clean with all of the essentials and then some. Patricia went above and beyond to accommodate us after flight changes, and her quick communication was appreciated. We will certainly plan to rebook in the future. Thank you again!

I really did enjoy staying in Patricia house. Nice neighborhood love the historic feel from the town to the home. I would definitely stay again at her place. My girl (Belgium malinois) love the home and the space. She had enough room to play in the back yard. We both reallly enjoyed it. Thank you Patricia for allowing us to stay there.

House is Big and beautiful. Had everything you could need. Fully stocked like you were borrowing a friends house and fenced in back yard. Your right in town but quieter neighborhood. Good pizza across the street.

The property was very clean. It was exactly how the pictures looked. Patricia was wonderful. We got to town early. She made it possible so we could check in early. She notified us that if there’s anything we need make sure we can get in contact with her.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced. The home was even better than the photos spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and more!). We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy outdoor space. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions. The location was ideal close to attractions yet peaceful and private. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend it to future guests.
