"This property was just lovely. We were there for a sisters' reunion. Two came from Michigan, one came from Australia, I came from North Carolina, and one sister lives in North Manchester. We all loved the house, the little niceties, the expansive yard with over sized fire pit. The host provided clear information and answered all communication rapidly. I highly recommend this property."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage for our weekend aeay. It was just right for 3 adults, as we walked to downtown, enjoyed the restaurants and shopping. We took in a concert with an easy Uber ride to Ruoff Music Center. If ever in area i would stay again."

"Great house near campus. Ample room throughout. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated the King sized bed in master bedroom. Only suggestion is more “cozy” furniture in the living room. The one sofa has seen better days (it is lacking in support) and the chairs looked great but were hard to spend a lot of time in. Overall a great place to stay. "
