On my departure day, a blizzard hit, making the roads impassable. Since I had to pivot to Zoom meetings for the day, the staff was incredibly accommodating—they allowed me to stay in my room until 4:00 PM with full internet access at no extra charge. "Great hotel . We came from 🇨🇦 for a few days in NYC at NYE ✨🗽. Hotel was 45 mins to city super quick , clean , lots of food shopping around if you want it . Nice took two double beds pull out couch . Only two things bothered me however I knew them before we stayed so not a big issue . The mini fridge area needs improving and the paid breakfast for a family of 5 daily was over 100$ for us that was a hard no! "
