"Upon arrival they have us keys to our room. Once we walked in the rooms was not cleaned. The receptionist did resolve this by giving us another room, however my Daughters room was not ready until after 4 although check in was at 3:00. Otherwise no complaints"

"The hotel is nice, and the service is good too. The rooms with balconies are spacious. We had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room; there were dirty spots in various places, including the bed's duvet. We called reception, and they resolved the issue that same night and offered to move us to a different room the next day. The buffet food was good, with a variety of options. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall it was a good experience."

"I went to check in, but the hotel’s system was inoperable and unable to process payments. The staff was disorganized, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the front desk employee was rude, unprofessional, and seemed untrained. I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and book another hotel.
Future guests, don’t waste your time. There are much better options in the area that offer a welcoming, modern, and updated hotel experience. I do not recommend staying at this property."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it deserves attention from Holiday Inn corporate.
My family and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately our stay fell well below the standards we expected. We specifically reserved a room with a king-size bed, but upon arrival we were given a different room type. While I understand mistakes can happen, there was no satisfactory resolution and I was charged for it.
