Exceptional service during a blizzard, but check gym status first.
I recently stayed at The Westin Princeton for three nights and had a bit of an adventure. On my departure day, a blizzard hit, making the roads impassable. Since I had to pivot to Zoom meetings for the day, the staff was incredibly accommodating—they allowed me to stay in my room until 4:00 PM with full internet access at no extra charge. This level of service turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.
Great staff, very clean modern rooms.
The only disappointment was the fitness center. I specifically chose the Westin over the Graduate or the Hilton because I wanted access to their Peloton bikes. Unfortunately, the gym was undergoing renovations and the bikes weren't available. I wish this had been communicated beforehand.
Overall, a great stay thanks to the wonderful staff, but I’d recommend calling ahead if you’re booking specifically for the gym amenities.
