"It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. "The property was beautiful with comfortable beds and high end appliances. Everything inside the rental was perfect. The only problem was outside. The elevators… when they actually work… are sketchy.
