"Stay there again"

"When we arrived we were told we had a second floor room, but there was no elevator. They said they had no available rooms on the first floor. When I told them we’d like to cancel our reservation (I’ve recently had knee surgery.) she told me that there was a king room available if we were okay with that. We’d booked a 2 queen. We accepted it and were glad we didn’t have to go somewhere else. When we walked into our room there was a strong smell. The room itself was clean minus a few normal bugs...

"I would guess that some of these negative reviews on here are fake because we really had great experience. There was nothing to not like about this hotel. The room was clean, decent breakfast, excellent staff what else do you need from economy hotel. By no standard this is Mariott but this is not bad at all."

"Our room Did not get cleaned one day without explanation. We were gone all day and was disappointed to come back to unmade beds. Staff offered to send someone up but it was after 8 pm and we were spent. They offered no compensation of any sort. Disappointing. This was our second time staying there."

"Very run down and old-feeling. Front desk staff was nice but verrry slow and we were so tired and just wanted to get to our room to sleep. Shuttle was great, tho."

"The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They need to improve the entrance markers. It was dark and I drove by the first time. The facility is in excellent condition and well maintained. I missed having a breakfast bar in the morning. Yep, I will stay there again ."
