The property was dated but very clean. For the money this was a great place. Full hot breakfast with variety but food was typical for moderate to low priced hotels. Pool was indoor heated but hot tub was not working. I would stay here again.

The ceiling in the bathroom had holes in the drywall where there had been leaks from above . The elevator was dirty . No staff at the desk when I went to turn in my key . Not the best experience

The room we had reserved had a really bad odor. We chose NOT to stay and cancelled our reservations. The desk clerk was very helpful and told us that she authorized a refund through Expedia through which the room Had been booked.

Pros: Room was quiet, breakfast had decent variety. Great dispensary next door. Front desk staff are helpful. They let me leave by bags at the front desk for a few hours after checkout because my flight was in the afternoon. Cons: Carpets in room were dirty enough to make my feet black. Hotel staff sit in breakfast room and watch you eat breakfast, which felt a bit weird. Loud fans were on every floor on full blast for 5 days while I was there. Overall: It's okay, I imagine I was there over a maintenance intensive period. Middle of the road experience, can't complain.

The pool was off and full of hair, no AC on the first floor (terrible) and the machines are not working. The place works only for people who are passing by for doing something quick in Springfield. DO NOT RENT FOR A VACATION STAYING!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

The room was clean, just a smell when we enter. Not a good smell. Both main door and bathroom doors was hard to open and closed. Just something to have maintenance to look at. Overall, all was well.

The staff was the most wonderful out of the experience. We ended up not having hot water due to them flushing the system and they forgot to turn the valve back on. Which it happens and we understand that. The assistant manager chelsea ended up upgrading our rooms and offered us points on our choice rewards because of it. We appreciate their patience and understand making the trip better then we hoped for

Called the front desk to figure out how to get the TV remote to work. No issue after that. Tub faucet would not shut all the way off- needed maintenance. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This hotel is in need of a big time do-over. The coffee maker sits on a cabinet but the electrical cord is so short it does not reach the outlet. You have to pick up the brewer and move it somewhere where the cord will reach an outlet. The TV would not not pick up any signal for channels 1 thru 8. The refrigerator would not freeze the icepacks. The whole room seemed to have a weird smell that apparently was coming thru the ventilation system. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was the breakfast was spot on, hot and very good.
