"Clean, close to the airport"

"Lovely property. Clean, quiet and responsive. They went above and beyond when the keys got locked in the car at our departure and they swiftly helped us solve it so we didn’t miss our flight. When I am in the area again, this will be my go-to place. "

"The reason why I am giving this hotel a bad rating is because the pool and hot tub were both disgusting and 2 of our kids got skin issues because of it. My one son is covered in sores all over his stomach and some of his back. My other son had both eyes with sores on them that were painful. It was awful! As far as breakfast goes, it was pretty good except the pancake machine was broken. The rooms were pretty clean overall. "

"Minimal interaction with staff. They were fine. The room was gross and dingy, sheets were stained and the bedspread had holes in it. No refrigerator or microwave. No bedside lamps. I’m nly bright sterile overhead light. No place to hang clothes. The pillows were like dried buttermilk biscuit crumbles stuffed in a pillow case. I highly DON’T recommend this hotel. "

"I rarely write reviews but felt this one was necessary. We picked this hotel primarily because it looked to have good value for the price. Upon arrival, the host was pleasant and accommodating. Not much to address regarding staff, however, when I had a complaint about the pot smoke blowing in through our HVAC unit because of a group congregating outside, the staff did absolutely nothing. Our room, when not being bombarded by pot smoke, had an off-putting stale smell. It did not smell fresh...

"The staff was great. Courteous and helpful. The property condition wasn’t the best. The tv remote didn’t work so they had to replace it. There were gnats in the bathroom and my daughter said she saw a roach. The toilet seat was missing a screw so it was not secure. There was no fridge in the room. "

"Hotel was very nice. A little disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time I was there. I checked out a day earlier and was told I couldn’t receive a refund because I booked through third party. I was definitely disappointed about that. Overall great location for shops."
