The bedroom was comfortable, but my friend slept on the futon in the living room and found yhe seam between sections a bit uncomfortable. "The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds very comfy. This is not what I would consider a “condo”, definitely more of an apartment. There is very little insulation and you can hear every noise, the neighbor upstairs was up at 4am and you could hear every footstep. Also Friday night there was a group of kids outside late that were very loud. Also there is a pretty constant dripping in the bathroom area but not from the sink, toilet or tub. "
